Personal Experience
Mark Lim is a co-founder and managing director of Magnetic Alliance. He has over 12 years’ experience in Agribusiness, working with Jack Gleeson to run the Elders Meat & Livestock supply chain prior to forming Magnetic Alliance. Mark has consulted numerous companies in a range of industries, helping clients from Agribusiness, Property, Logistics, Health, Security, Professional Services, Wholesale and Information Technology achieve significant revenue and profit growth.
His generalist business competency spans Business Ownership, Governance, Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology, Finance, HR, Risk Management and Leadership, and he primarily works with business owners as a Co-CEO, interconnecting all business functions to achieve growth and improvement.
Mr. Lim has a Bachelor of Commerce & Finance from the University of South Australia as well as Ohio University (USA) under a scholarship. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has globally recognised best-practise qualifications in programme management with APMG International and is a Master Facilitator coached by globally renowned Blair Singer. Mr Lim ranked #1 in Australia as a CPA, has won the American Express International Award for Business Strategy and Leadership, has authored business management books and regularly conducts seminars specifically covering business growth.
