On successful completion, your certificate will be current for the duration of the current edition of the IMDG Code.

To maintain the currency of your training, you will be required to complete refresher training when the next edition becomes available and before it becomes mandatory.

Course format

First-time students are encouraged to learn at their own pace, taking time to review video content and test their knowledge as they progress, while returning students and those with prior accreditation will have complete access to all course content but may choose to only focus on the sections that we have highlighted with recent changes or where they may have identified knowledge gaps before proceeding to the assessments.

Your performance will be based on an assessment at the end of the training course. This assessment will properly and fairly measure your competency against industry-defined benchmarks.

Who is this course for?
All personnel involved with, or responsible for the operation of ships carrying dangerous goods/hazmat.
